  1. Beat the lemonade and milk together until thick. Place in a container.
  2. Mix the topping ingredients together, and brown in the butter in a small skillet.

  2. Mix mushrooms, Dressing, Butter, Nuts, Cheese, Onion, and the eggs together.
  3. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  4. Blend the steak sauce and the water together, pour over the top of the casserole and continue to bake another 30 minutes.

  1. Blend four and oil, add the water and blend with flat potato masher. Heat, stirring constantly and add the accent, salt, McKays seasoning. Blend well.
  2. Add the Velveeta, mayo, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended.

Variations:

1 - 2 cups of water may be added for a thin sauce (like that used on scalloped potatoes.)

Add a little marg. or butter with 2 Tbl lemon juice to use on vegetables like broccoli or creamed asparagus.

  1. Combine flour, 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in large bowl.
  2. Combine sugar, 2 tsp pumpkin spice, eggs, oil and juice in small mixer bowl; beat until just blended.
  3. Add the wet pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
  4. Fill each mini loaf pan no more then half way.
  5. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool.

  1. Mix apples with raisins, lemon rind, sugar, cinnamon, and almonds. Set aside.
  2. Place 1 Filo leaf on a kitchen towel and brush with melted butter. Place a second leaf on top and brush with butter again. Repeat until 5 leaves have been used, using about 1/2 cup of butter.
  3. Cook and stir breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup of butter until lightly browned. Sprinkle 3/4 cup crumbs on the layered fillo leaves. Mound 1/2 of the filling in a 3-inch strip along the narrow end of the filo, leaving a 2-inch border.
  4. Lift towel, using it to roll leaves over apples, jelly roll fashion. Brush top of the strudel with butter and sprinkle with 2 T crumbs.
  5. Repeat the entire procedure for the second strudel.
  6. Bake the strudels at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.
  7. Makes 2 strudels, 6 to 8 servings each.

  1. Combine yeast and 1 cup flour in a medium mixing bowl, set aside.
  2. Combine cheese spread, water, shortening , sugar, and salt in a small saucepan; heat to 105 degrees to 115 degrees, stirring constantly.
  3. Add cheese mixture, egg, and onion to yeast mixture; beat 1/2 minute at low speed of an electric mixer, scraping sides of bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
  4. Stir in remaining 1 cup flour. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Shape dough into 12 balls. Place in well-greased muffin pans.
  6. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

  1. Let yeast proof in water for 5 minutes, then mix in the honey, salt and flour. Knead for 10 minutes until dough is slick.
  2. Rise, covered in oiled bowl for 15 minutes.
  3. Pat dough into rectangular slab 1 " thick and cut into strips. Join ends of strips together to form bagels.
  4. Let rise, covered, on oiled tray for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and put a pot of water on to boil.
  6. After the 20 minute rise is done, drop bagels, one at a time, into boiling water. Take them out once they rise to the top of the water (Should be anywhere between 30 sec and 1 minute)
  7. While still wet, sprinkle on toppings of choice (onion, garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and sea salt)
  8. Bake on tray with cornmeal to prevent sticking. They will be done in around 25 minutes (varies) - when tops are golden brown.
