Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon margarine
- 4 each yellow summer squash sliced
- 1 single onion medium, chopped
- 4 oz green chilies (1 can), chopped
- 10 each saltine crackers crushed
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded <
Servings: people
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Saute squash and onion until crisp-tender. Remove from the heat; stir in chilies, crackers, and salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
