Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup 10 3/4 ounces
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash pepper
- 4 cups potatoes thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
- dash Paprika
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Blend soup, milk, and pepper. In 1 1/2-qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
- Makes about 4 cups.
