Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Grind cranberries, marshmallows and orange juice with fine chopper.
  2. Combine this with pineapple, nuts, celery, and sugar.
  3. Let stand while preparing gelatin -- according to directions on package except add 1 1/2 times amount of water.
  4. Mix all together and chill until set.
  5. Garnish with Cool Whip and fresh parsley.
Recipe Notes

***Emmes or Hain SuperFruits are kosher brands of jello that can be purchased at a health food store.

Use the drained pineapple juice -- just combine it with the water to make up the 1 1/2 times the amount called for.  Don't just add it in addition.

PS -- I've found out that Cranberry Salad really needs to be made the night before in order to give it time to set well.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and whip. Add sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well and put in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes. Place marshmallows and pecans on top and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until brown on top.

Instructions
  1. Bake or boil the yams ...Peel the yams. In a Casserole dish cut the yams up, then put pads of butter around and sprinkle brown sugar, coconut, marshmallows, walnuts, or what ever you want on top.
  2. Place into a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
