Ingredients
- 12 Each cabbage leaves Large, Steamed
- 1 Cup AM Blue Cornmeal
- 1/2 Cup green onions Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Whole corn
- 1/4 Tsp Powdered garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Thyme.
- 1/4 ts oregano
- 1 Cup Unseasoned tomato sauce
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Grated cheese or Tofu Cheese

Instructions
- While steaming cabbage leaves, mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a saucepan and stir with a wire whisk over medium heat until mixture is very thick. Be careful to keep mixture stirred thoroughly.
- Roll 1 tablespoon mixture in each cabbage leaf.
- Place in baking dish and cover with cheese. Bake for 10
- Bake for 10 minutes at 300˚ F.
