Ingredients
- 2 Bottles Ketchup 14oz
- 3/4 Cup Bourbon The type you would drink.
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 Clove garlic Chopped
- 1/2 Cup onion Chopped
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar Firmly Packed
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Or more to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Peeled and Grated
Servings: Cups
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, about 15 seconds.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Pulse 2 or 3 times.
- Store in a sterilized container until ready to use.
