Mini Pumpkin Cranberry Breads

Instructions
Combine flour, 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in large bowl.
Combine sugar, 2 tsp pumpkin spice, eggs, oil and juice in small mixer bowl; beat until just blended.
Add the wet pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Fill each mini loaf pan no more then half way.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool.
