split in half and thinly sliced, leave large.

celery
thinly sliced.
Celery tops if available.

gluten
Any kind will do.

Medium, sliced.

Water
with gluten liquid.

Mckay’s Beef Seasoning
or Savorex, or Soy sauce.

Instructions
Saute potatoes, carrots, and celery in oil. Add celery tops if available. Add gluten. Add onion and saute another 2 minutes.
Add water and gluten liquid. Add McKay’s or other seasonings.
Simmer for about an hour.
