Ingredients

cup
Karo white corn syrup
1
cup
pecan pieces
1
cup
sugar
3
each
Eggs
beaten
1
tsp
vanilla
1/2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425˚
Mix, by hand, eggs, sugar, corn syrup, nuts salt, and the vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes, then turn the oven down to 350 degrees. (Do Not Open Door!) Continue to bake another 40 minutes.
