Ingredients

Package
tofu
firm and well drained.
1/2
cup
onion
finely chopped.
1/3
tsp
tumeric
1
tsp
oil
Instructions
Make sure that the tofu is well drained.
Chop the tofu up, and heat a saute pan over medium heat. Add the oil, and onions.
Cook until the onions are transparent. Add the tofu, and turmeric.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
