Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cups butter + 2 Tbl
- 1 each Egg
- 2 Tbsp Cold Water
Servings: Crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425˚
- Stir salt and flour together, cut in butter with a pastry blender.
- Beat egg and water together, add to the flour. Stir with fork until moist.
- Roll out with rolling pin covered with pastry cloth on a floured surface.
- Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Be sure and cover the edges of the crusts with foil or they will burn!
